Exchange, Return Policy


Goods purchase online are checked and in shop picked-up within 21days after payment by customer in-person. Before customer pick-up the goods, customer may request refund with no additional charge.

After customer checked and in shop picked-up the goods, Customer may request to exchange the same items one time within 3 days after first picked-up. If customer request refund, Kingsley desserts and Gourmandises will charge 20% of the product's selling price as the handling charge.

All exchange or refunds must be accompanied by the unused or unassembled items with original invoice, delivery notes, packaging, tag, label and all parts intact.

All approved refunds will be refunded via the same mode of payment as stated in the original invoice.

The refund procedures' process lead time is about 4-8 weeks.

Kingsley Desserts and Gourmandises reserves the right to reject any exchange/ refund if the requirements are not met. In case of dispute, Kingsley desserts and Gourmandises will have the right to make the final decision.
