Exchange, Return Policy
Goods purchase online, customer have to choose a picked-up date within 21 days from the purchase date or local delivery(For some special goods). Goods other than cake and confectionery, customer may request refund with no additional charge before pick-up or delivery.
For cake and confectionery, in order to cancel order or re-schedule pick-up date, customer need to contact us as lease 4 days before pick-up date. Kingsley Cafe have the right to make the final decision.
As customer in shop picked-up, customer is free to check the goods and confirm and accept goods are in good conditions. So refund and exchange may not be allowed. However, Kingsley Cafe will handle it according to case by case basis.
Customer choose delivery may request to exchange the same items one time within 3 days. If customer request refund, Kingsley cafe will charge 20% of the product's selling price as the handling charge.
All exchange or refunds must be accompanied by the original invoice, packaging, tag, label and all parts intact.
All approved refunds will be refunded via the same mode of payment as stated in the original invoice.
Kingsley Cafe reserves the right to reject any exchange/ refund if the requirements are not met. In case of dispute, Kingsley Cafe will have the right to make the final decision.
