退款政策

Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request an exchange for the same item (e.g., different size or color, subject to availability) within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Each item is eligible for one exchange only.

  • All shipping fees incurred for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Items must be in brand-new, unused condition, with original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and the original invoice included.

💰 Refund Policy

  • If a customer requests a refund after the order has been shipped or received, a 20% handling fee of the product's selling price will be charged.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the returned item is unused and in original condition, with complete packaging, tags, accessories, and the original invoice.

  • All refunds will be processed using the original payment method or PayMe.

📝 Important Notes

  • All exchange and refund requests are subject to approval by KINGSLEYCAFE

  • If the return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the request.

  • In case of any disputes, KINGSLEYCAFE reserves the right of final decision.


換貨政策

  • 顧客可在收到商品後 7 天內申請換貨（例如，不同尺寸或顏色，視供應情況而定）。

  • 每件商品限換貨一次。

  • 所有換貨產生的運費均由顧客負擔。

  • 商品必須全新、未使用，並包含原包裝、標籤、配件和原始發票。

💰 退款政策

  • 如果顧客在訂單出貨或收到後申請退款，將收取商品售價 20% 的手續費。

  • 退貨運費由顧客負擔。

  • 只有退回的商品未使用且保持原狀，包含完整的包裝、標籤、配件和原始發票，才會退款。

  • 所有退款將以原本付款方式或PayMe處理。

  • 所有換貨和退款申請均需經 KINGSLEYCAFE 批准。

  • 如不符合退貨條件，我們保留拒絕申請的權利。

  • 如有任何爭議，KINGSLEYCAFE 保留最終決定權。
